The training was aimed at equipping peer educators with comprehensive information on mental health and reproductive health/HIV, which helped them to carry out effective awareness initiatives in both community and healthcare settings.
The 2023 PATA summit like any other summit took place from 14th – 16th November 2023, and it was hosted across Africa with about 21 satellites located in 13 sub-Saharan African countries. KCIA hosted the PATA 2023 Summit satellite spoke in Lusaka, Zambia under the theme “The Face of Care: Health providers and communities at the frontline of paediatric and adolescent HIV service delivery in Africa”.
